Estate Planning

What will happen to your family or loved ones upon your death?  A plan for your family after your death is essential.  This includes first and foremost any planning that may be needed for your minor children.  This includes both who should be your child’s guardian as well as who will administer any funds left to them.

Secondly, how will your assets be administered upon your death?  We prepare Wills and Trusts, if needed, as well as provide advice and guidance to efficiently leave assets outside of the formal Court probate process.  If death taxes are likely to be an issue, we address those issues during the planning process.

In addition, we prepare Powers of Attorney, Medical Powers of Attorney, and Living Wills for your needs during your lifetime. For incapacitated individuals, or minors, a court-ordered guardianship may be necessary.
